When you have found what you are looking for, we immediately organise all the necessary steps for you to become the proud owners. Although it is not usual in Bulgaria, if you wish, we can organise a structural engineering survey of your property.

To buy your chosen property, you don’t need to do any work, except to choose the property, ensure the necessary funds are available for the deposit and arrange for the remaining money to be available for completion. You then sit back and take a rest, we now start work on your behalf to do all the necessary actions needed to complete your purchase.
